HOW IT WORKS
Send us your product samples and let us do the rest.
STEP 1
Start an order
Visit our  Start your order   page and fill out the form and send us the details of your product. When submitted, you’ll receive a quote and we will discuss with you any questions or concerns you may have before we start. Once the deposit is processed the fun begins and we’ll go over the details of your order and define your creative directions
STEP 2
You ship it—we shoot it
Pack up your products and ship them to our Kwai Chung  studio. It’s a good idea to try and select the best products if you can, trying to avoid dings, dents, and scratches. Of course, pack each item securely so they don’t get damaged in transit. When your products arrive in our studio we’ll contact you to let you know.  You can also come to the studio to observe the entire shooting process in person.
STEP 3
We photograph your products
Now that we have your products on-hand, we will take the pictures in our photographic studio and shape them to your objectives.
STEP 4
Instant online delivery
Once your photos are ready and meet our standards for delivery we’ll post them in a private online gallery where you can view and download them immediately. We keep your photos available online so you can come back and download them any time. If you’d like to make any changes or additions (additional charge may apply) let us know and we’ll make them before shipping your products back.
When the project is complete, we’ll carefully pack up and ship your products back to you. Shipping fees can be included on your invoice.

Frequently asked question
1. Pricing
Do you charge per-photo or per-product?
We charge per-photo. This means if you have two products and you want 3 photos each you will be charged for a total of 6 photos.
How much will it cost?
The biggest factor in the overall cost of a project is the number of photos being ordered. Because it’s much more efficient to shoot one large project versus several smaller ones, our pricing model includes significant discounts as the size of your order increases.
How do I pay?
Before starting your project we will send you a quote with a payment link which you can use to accept the quote and pay. We accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay and Paypal.
Can I get the quantity rate if I have many smaller projects? Our rates decrease with a larger order because it is more efficient for us to shoot one large project than it is to shoot several smaller projects. Because of this, each project is priced separately based on the size of each order.
2. Shipping
Do you ship my products back when you’re done?
Yes of course! The cost of return shipping will be included on your invoice or you can provide your UPS or FedEx account number if you have one. Alternatively, we can donate your products to local charity or discard them if you don’t want them back. Due to import and export regulations, return shipping is limited to HongKong addresses.
I have a product that is very large. Can you shoot it?
If you’ll be sending unusually large or heavy products, please contact us before shipping. We can accommodate large products and our production studio features a roll-up warehouse door for shipments via freight*. Products larger than 3 feet on the longest side are subject to an additional charge relative to the size of the product.
* While we do have a roll-up door, we do not have a loading dock or fork lift. Ensure freight shipments are delivered via a truck equipped with a lift gate.
3. Process
Do I need to be located near Kwai Hing to be a client?
You don’t need to be in Kwai Hing, or even in the Hong Kong, to work with us! In fact, over 20% of our clients are located outside the Hong Kong area.* Since the beginning we have been primarily a “mail order” service providing professional product photography no matter your location.
*But if you are local, come on by and meet with us in person!
How long do photography projects take?
Most projects are delivered in about 2 weeks, excluding holidays, from when we receive your products and payment. If your project involves a large number of photos this may add to the production time.
If a quicker turnaround is needed, rush service may also be available.
During particularly busy periods lead times may increase slightly so please feel free to contact us and we’ll be glad to confirm expected production times.
What if I would like an image to be re-shot?
If we’ve made a mistake we will gladly re-shoot or edit the photos to make them right, no charge. Re-shoots for artistic or editorial reasons, or resulting from client error or omission will be quoted at the time of the change request.
4. Delivery
In what format are my photos delivered?
Standard product photos are delivered as a high resolution, 300 DPI jpeg using maximum quality settings measuring 3000×3000 pixels in size. Depending on product shape, excess white space may be cropped leaving the longest dimension at least 3000 pixels, while the other dimension is cropped to fit the shape of the product being photographed.
Hero Shots are 7360 × 4912 pixels (before cropping) and are delivered in a layered tiff format with transparency.
In addition to the high resolution originals, our server also allows you to chose from several smaller size jpeg images for use on the web.
How do you deliver my finished photos?
Delivery of completed photos occurs via our private image hosting server. Upon completion of your project, you will be provided a unique link and password. Log-in to our image server to view and instantly download your high resolution images. We store your images on our server for future viewing and download at no additional charge.
What kind of license comes with the images?
Upon final delivery, the photographs become licensed to you for use on a royalty-free basis. This means you are free to use the photographs in any of your publications as many times as you like, with as wide a distribution as you like, without ever having to pay us royalties for their use. We allow the use of these photos in all forms of publication including print advertising, packaging, web, television, etc. We do retain the copyrights for delivered photos and the photographs may not be re-sold to any third party without prior written permission.
